Each day begins with an energizing wellness shot followed by three nutrient-packed juices throughout the day. In the evening, you'll enjoy your own healthy dinner (not provided), followed by our rich chocolate cashew milk and a detoxifying wellness shot before bed.

By consuming only juices until dinner, you give your digestive system a partial rest while flooding your body with easily absorbed vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Enjoy unlimited fruits and vegetables, with small portions of nuts and seeds

Suggested Meals:

  • Vegetable Bowls: Steamed or roasted vegetables served with brown rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice

  • Nutrient-Dense Smoothie Bowls: Blend a thick smoothie and serve in a bowl topped with fresh fruit, granola, chia seeds, flax seeds, nuts, or a small amount of nut butter

  • Fresh Green Salads: Create vibrant salads with leafy greens, colorful vegetables, fruits, avocado, and seeds, dressed with simple homemade vinaigrette
