Why Cold-Pressed Juice?
Because. We all could use a little more nutrients in our diet.

Cold-pressed juice is a labor of love. We use the Goodnature X-1 mini machine. A 2-step process that grinds fruit + vegetables to a fine pulp. Then, using a hydraulic press, the juice is extracted directly from the pulp, using minimum heat and exposure to air. This slow extraction method allows the living nutrients and vital elements to stay intact.
+ HOW LONG DOES JUICE LAST?
Juice that is created on a cold pressed machine lasts 5-7 days. All of our juices are made in-house, are cold-pressed, and raw. We juice often to ensure our guests with the freshest juice possible! Juices + Mylks are highly perishable, keep refrigerated. To ensure freshness, check out the the “BEST BY” date on the back of our bottles.

+ WHEN SHOULD I DRINK MY JUICE?
Anytime is a good time to drink a juice. They are a great nutritional supplement that can be consumed at anytime of the day. However, we do recommend drinking juice on an empty stomach. This allows your body to really absorb all those wonderful nutrients, without putting too much stress on your digestive system.
+ WHAT ABOUT THE SUGAR?
We do not add sugar or artificial sweeteners to our juices. The sugars in our juices come from the naturally derived sugars in fruit and vegetables. These natural sugars come with plenty of essential vitamins and minerals that aren’t found in refined, artificial sugary drinks! Drinking juice gives you a CLEAN ENERGY BURST, without the chemicals, fat, and that later crash. If you have blood sugar concerns, our green vegetable juices are a good alternative.
+ AND THE FIBER?
Juicing has a different purpose. Think of taking a vitamin supplement. It is not a substitute for food. Yes, you should still eat your fruits and vegetables. There are two kinds of fiber: soluble and insoluble. The type of fiber removed from the juice is insoluble fiber (the fiber that helps you feel full). Soluble fiber remains in the juice. This type of fiber has been shown to lower cholesterol levels.
+ WHERE ARE THE NUTRITION FACT LABELS?
We believe in quality over quantity. Example: the calories in french fries are not the same as the calories in broccoli. Also, nutrition labels are missing all the vitamins, minerals and other vital nutrients you are receiving when consuming food. Our recipes have been crafted to provide you with the nutrients you need to get through your day.
We know this important to many of you and it is something we are working on.
