Here at WILD, we are avid believers of listening to your body. During a juice cleanse you may feel different day to day. In day 1 or 2 or your cleasne, typically people feel a bit lethargic as our bodies are busy working on cleaning out the junk and healing the cells, also know as detoxing. Since the body is working hard on healing, it is best to get out of the way and let it do its thing! We reccomend light exercise during this time (if you are up for it), like a relaxing yoga session or long walk. Taking time to be in nature is also incredibly healing- so taking a walk outside is not only great for you physically, but mentally as well. We highly reccomend giving mediation a try to while on a cleanse. Stress is one of the most harmful elements of life and practving mindful habits will only lead to a deeper more powerful cleanse.
